We offer professional I.T & computer related services throughout Essex. With competitive prices, over 10 years of trading and many more in experience you will struggle to find a more reliable company to assist with all of your I.T needs.

Uniquely, we have an in-house team of engineers who will also come out to your business or home and help you. Below are prices for said services:

 

In Store £25.00/hour excl VAT

On Site £35.00/hour excl VAT

Remote Support £25.00/hour excl VAT

(Callout charge may be applicable outside of South Woodham Ferrers)

All jobs in the workshop unless quoted when booked in will be fixed under our 1 hour minimum charge. If for any reason it will take longer you will be contacted and given a quote. The benefit over bringing your computer to our workshop compared to calling out an engineer is that some jobs require longer periods of time to complete (such as tests, scans and updates etc). You will not be billed for the non-manned time that it might be on the work-bench.

If an engineer is called out to you and they decide that the job needs more in depth investigation we can bring the hardware back to our premises with your permission to fix and bring back upon completion.

We offer remote support which means that when you have a problem with your computer, we can login* to your computer to fix it without having to book an engineer out to your premises.
